We Are Proud To Be Your Medical Home
Our office received NCQA Patient-Centered Medical Home Recognition. We achieved level 3, the highest level available. NCQA is a private, non-profit organization dedicated to improving health care quality. The Recognition Programs are built on evidence-based, nationally recognized clinical standards of care and they were developed to help practices support the delivery of high-quality care.
“The NCQA Patient-Centered Medical Home is a model of 21st century primary care that combines access, teamwork and technology to deliver quality care and improve health,” said NCQA President Margaret E. O’Kane. “NCQA’s PCMH Recognition shows that this office has tools, systems, and resources to provide their patients with the right care at the right time.”
Rather than using the Emergency Department for non-life threatening issues, call us first as there are many conditions that can be treated in our office. Our doctors are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to manage your urgent issues. In this day of 'urgent cares' popping up on every street corner, we want you to remember that continuity of care is important to maintaining your child's good health. We know your child and have all of their vaccine records, as well as their health history, which is especially important when your child is sick.
If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, please call
