Dr. Ira La Voe joined Advocare Broomall Pediatrics in 2001 after completing his pediatric residency at The Children's Hospital of New Jersey at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center. Prior to receiving his medical degree from the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, he received a bachelor of arts degree from Syracuse University and completed two years of post-baccalaureate graduate study in cellular biology at Rutgers University. He is board certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Pediatrics and a board-certified fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Pediatricians. Dr. La Voe has been recognized as a 'Best Children's Doctor' by South Jersey Magazine, a 'NJ Top Doc' and a 'Top Doc' in Main Line Today Magazine. His special interests include Acute/emergency care, Preventative care and Care of children with chronic illness. 

When away from the office, Dr. La Voe enjoys spending as much time as possible with his wife and three daughters. He enjoys skiing, theater, traveling, movies, and adores a wide variety of cuisine and dining experiences.
